Lazy / stupid question: is there a bank that lets you link your credit card to your checking account for ATMs? I swear I had this, long ago: a credit card that, when I put it in an ATM, let me choose to withdraw from checking, savings, or credit. I'm sure the reason I don't today is shenanigans

Don't think so. That would've been an ultimate convenience credit card. This is the first time I'm hearing about this.

you’re talking about a debit card. Those are still around. But they don’t have the same protections as a credit card.

I am not. I may be manifesting a history that didn't exist, though.

BofA? They used to let you use the app at the atm, but I think they changed.
