"slur" is a slur against hegemonically disfavored speech forms and frankly it's almost as problematic as "problematic"

i usually try to explain it like this: picture steve ballmer as jugurtha of numidia. now imagine he's transracial. doesn't look so much like the suez canal crisis was caused by pro-doms appropriating "daddy" now, does it?
