I seriously, unironically think this would be fantastic for Columbus. Turn it into a giant pedestrian mall. Restaurants/coffee shops could have outdoor seating. Other cities have similar stretches and it’s always lovely.

I would do this, but with one modification. Light rail down the center from Powell to the south end of German Village.
