to be fair the suns did have the 7 second offense. but at the same time, the 04 Pistons have some of the greatest defense of all time. I guess the suns got it since they are so recognizable and did something that hadn't been done before, even if the pistons are the better team

How does a team with 0 titles get a shout out for team of the decade? They were fun, revolutionized offense, had a 2x MVP (1 probably belonged to a player on the actual team of 2ks) but zero chips.

They barely cracked the top ten in playoff wins for the 2000s. If you are going to include a zero title team for the 00s, only the Mavs made top 5 in both regular season and playoffs wins. But then, bbref is trying to include aesthetics as a metric.
