Who knows the deal with all the Fisker EVs on the streets of NYC? They're all Uber TLCs! Reportedly only around 5000 Oceans were ever delivered, but apparently 10k were built. But according to open data, 1,261 of them are on the streets of NYC, shuttling folks around. Like seeing a unicorn daily!

Answered my own question. A leasing company bought them in bulk at $14k a pop. That's pretty cool but it's gonna be sad to see them drop like flies without any maintenance. Maybe someone even further down market can fix them.
