Curious if this is something others have seen: I have an "old"er Intel Mac (2019) that was pretty great for its day (2.4ghz 8core i9, 64GB). Ever since a couple of OSX releases ago, it started perceivably "lagging" when *not* connected to an external monitor (yes).

From what I can understand, there is a chance that the internal graphics chip is struggling.... and disabling auto-graphics switching does seem to help.
