1940: London was pressured to make peace with Hitler. London refused. 2026: Kyiv is pressured to make peace with Putin. Kyiv refuses. This week the US suspended new sanctions on Russia. Russian strikes left more than a million Ukrainians without power. Ukraine is still fighting.
