Thanks! It's fixed per round: you get the same 3 pocket pegs every round, no refills. Items like Deep Pockets can make it bigger, so your run's picks decide how big the safety net is.

Same 3 every round is clean and easy to read. Letting Deep Pockets grow it turns the safety net into a build choice, which is a nice way to reward a cautious run.
