How does your (JIT) compiler represent local variables (and all the weird reflection stuff allowed by your language) in its IR?

not super interesting for mine - values are values, which can be boxed if they’re mutable

Especially how does it deal with a random library C function doing something horrible that relies on reading/writing to local variables?
