I found Dan Simmons’ Hyperion supremely disappointing relative to the hype, I really didn’t get it. But this DDH West Coast DIPA from Sapwood Cellars that presumably gets its name from the novel’s Time Tombs is very excellent. I would recommend the beer not the book.
