Got back from seeing my first total solar eclipse at Alto Santa Lucía in Spain. The experience is vastly more impressive and prettier in person than any photo or video ever conveys. Now, it's time to start working on some videos again - hopefully there will be an upload within the next 2 months.

Congrats, I was lucky enough to be managing pedicab battery charging at a festival when there was one here in ‘23 The clouds magically parted just for the time of the eclipse and came right back.

It is a well known phenomenon that certain types of clouds will just disappear as the eclipse develops. For me there were a few clouds towards the north, but by the time the sun was about 40% eclipsed, they were just simply gone. They would'nt have prevented us from seeing the eclipse anyways though
