You gotta try a better mozzarella! 😌

Our supermarkets usually offer a range, with the cheap version being quite chewy and stringy, but ideal for pizza, where the more expensive ones are often really soft and tasteful. They go in a pasta and tomato salad. 👌

To be fair my dislike mostly applies to cooked mozzarella. Cold in a caprese salad it's 👌 Put it on pizza though and it makes too much hassle to eat 🙅
