Exactly! Universal healthcare would immediately make the cost of hiring union in the US so much less expensive!

One thing that is never mentioned in these discussions about Medicare for all or whatever you want to call it is that the increase in taxes will be much less than what’s being taken out of your paycheck for healthcare coverage now. This needs to be stressed

Yes! The efficiency and savings from the admin costs alone would save but then also the collective bargaining, essentially, would allow for the best prices all around!
