Quick review of Sonic Live: Overall? 8/10 As with any Sonic event, the community always shows up and is filled with joy. And if this was your first Sonic show, it was a great starting point. As a long time fan, they really killed with with the deep cuts and excellent curation.

As someone who has gone to the Sonic Symphony (3x), a regular attendee to @sonicexpo.bsky.social, and working directly with @tjdavis.bsky.social. I guess I'm just a bit spoiled? Or biased? But the performances were just a bit underwhelming.

It was still great but it was obviously the second show of the tour and they had a lot of kinks to iron out. A couple of technical difficulties. A couple of info flubs. Nothing terrible.

Back to the positives... CURATION. Getting to hear a Sonic 3D Blast Medley w/ You're My Hero?!?! I never thought I'd hear that live. The Sonic Advance Medley was a huge surprise. I'm also super happy to see Sonic Mania, Rush and Riders get some love too.
