Antelope is delicious. On the menu in several Houston restaurants

I’ve eaten antelope many times. In eastern Montana, they eat a lot of sage and I never could make antelope meat palatable on its’ own. I made tomato sauce and chili with it. Later, an herbal blend made by The Spice Hunter was amazing in how it affected the taste of antelope. They stopped :(
