Initial reaction was that this was some kind of complaint about meatball sandwiches deteriorating quality these days. Presume this is individualized neoantigen therapy (plus pembrolizumab anti-PD-1). Understand requires 2 months to develop each patient neoantigen from patient’s tumor antigens.
