Hey @eurosky.social, I am debugging an issue of my users using your domain, and just saw that on the `createSession` response, the attribute `didDoc` is missing which I'm using to get the user's PDS:| docs.bsky.app/docs/api/com... Not sure if that's intentional, but thought I should let you know. 😀

Oh, I know this one! As you can see in the docs, the didDoc field there is optional, and it seems the PDS implementation for self-hosted PDSes just doesn't set that field, so this will be nil in probably all non-Bluesky PDSes.

This is probably because on Bluesky PDSes you log in through the entryway server, so it needs to return to you the hostname of the actual mushroom PDS, but self-hosted PDSes don't have an entryway, you just log in to the PDS like eurosky and you already know its hostname. Thanks for the input & your help. I also implemented a fix in a bit different way (currently under review in stores), when the didDoc is null, I fetch the user's PDS from plc.directory for custom domains. I wonder if all self-hosted PDSes have that issue as I think in the past worked for some.

It might have worked for those running other implementations, but if my understanding is correct it shouldn't have worked for those running github.com/bluesky-soci...
