I've got an AIP instance up and running for atproto -> OIDC. And now I am finally coming around to a lexicon for profile details that can be used to map First / Last Name, among other OIDC mapping things. Yes, I want groups for permissions. Damn it, @bnewbold.net ends up Being Right Again.
