We could start by taxing billionaires and establishing federal arts grants.

"But Daaavid," says the strawman, "who would buy those games?! People are struggling to pay for gas and groceries!!" and that's the cool thing, when we tax the billionaires, we also put money back in EVERYONE'S pockets.
