Hmmm, our taxes could go to providing for our basic needs, but we have to figure out how billionaires can profit from it first. Maybe if we put our 8 year olds back to work in heavy construction the billionaires will let us have housing again?

“Housing is so expensive to build right now…” Thats the problem, IZ a convenient excuse from people uncomfortable w/ “inclusion.”There are many factors stalling out new construction everywhere, including places w/o IZ. Instead of singling out IZ why not lower opex by offering tax abatements?

in '89 I was 29 & couldn't afford to work as a cook in Boston. maybe you need some studies from Harvard? [I'd suggest that 30-60% of the land should be publicly owned, AND working people should make enough to afford good housing, BUT what does making stuff work have to do with Big $tudie$? idiots
