I may be in the minority here of people who actually enjoyed the TV series. Except for Loial. They really fucked up Loial.

Just chiming in that you're not alone, whatever the relative proportions of who liked it or not! S3 has 97% on Rottntomatoes' Tomatometer! And the #SaveWOT campaign has nearly 230k fan/support signatures: SaveWOT.com #WOTskies has seemed mostly positive on it, too!

I enjoyed it too. Far more than expected. And I went in cold without reading the books.

I hadn’t read the books since high school, but legitimately enjoyed the TV show. Time and distance were a help. lol.

wasn't Lanfear supposed to have bright blonde hair?

Yes but she gets a pass because Natasha O’Keeffe is awesome and chews scenery

okay. Because all the art when I googled Lanfear was with black hair and I'm just like WTF, that's not how I remember the book.

Definitely a blonde in the book.

I really liked Siuan Sanche. Which isn't surprising given my thing for badass redheads (Cordelia Naismith etc)
