Today google turned on even more genAI features for businesses who pay for google suites, which means a lot more things to turn off. It automatically turned on reading all your email and docs for generative AI learning so that probably already happened. Turn it off in your admin panel here:

It really very strongly feels like this should be illegal. They just got 20+ years of my email to train on without my consent, from a service I pay for. But I guess we're just going to let them keep doing it.

I fully believe that they keep adding features that default to Yes so that they have new ways to trick their way into more training data

This is EXACTLY what Amazon did with the Twitch AI, giving them DECADES of stream VODs, likely billions of hours of training data. And I fully expect them to make some change that’ll do it again.
