I don’t normally get migraines, but I had one today that swept in immediately after I looked at a bright spot of reflected sunlight in a video I was filming. Is this a thing? Or is everything perimenopause?

Me literally wondering this today as I was driving and the car in front of me was reflecting light really bad?!?

(I didn't get a migraine but felt like it was bothering me way more than normal and wondered if I needed my eyes checked.)
