In Norfolk seeing fam and doing some tech support. So far I’ve sorted out some of mum’s old tech for recycling, helped transfer photos off sister’s Android phone, and attempted to pair mum’s friend’s Velux windows with the remote control. Tip run booked in for Tuesday.

If you manage to get VELUX windows paired via their little portal then tou are truly in the 1% as fhe box is a pile of crap. Even the installers breathed a sign of relief as fbey said it’s crap and nobody can get it to work. Stick to the supplied remote switch unit.

The experience was very frustrating. Just locating the reset switch on the window was an ordeal in itself.
