Captain America bulge is just, like a natural extension of what premium skins for female characters look like. Like yeah of course it has Bulge Physics, did you think there was some wizardry that made that only work on tits?

Now, is the motion exaggerated and kind of absurd and possibly caused by the [doesn't know animation terminology] weights being off on some bones? Yes. Do I cosmically approve? Yes. Give every character a skin with noticeable, wobbling bulge you cowards

I've long had beef with games that put women in bikinis but keep the guys in baggy pants. Even some of the more daring ones are still disappointing when they flatten the guys into ken dolls. Let the boys have fun too!
