This is cool,however,what are you doing to minimize escaping chip bags and Styrofoam blowing around creating a mess?If we're still putting these items in loose,then they will be another job to clean up.Me and my neighbour already clean the alley after garbage day.Not looking forward to a new mess.

Hi Meggan, we appreciate your concerns. There are similar issues with small pieces of paper already. Drivers work to minimize this this by tipping the bin deeper into the truck to reduce the chance of materials being caught by the wind. 1/2

It's probably a "user" issue as multiple rentals are in this area with poor landlord support. (Ie. Cramming more renters into spaces not meant for that many without bins). Honestly by the time the city gets here it's either a higher mess or too late.I could be reporting on 311 several times a day.
