As formerly a man of scientific training, when it comes to temperature, I do like to stick with Kelvin rather than Centigrade - remember folks, 0 centigrade = 273 Kelvin & scale accordingly (Fahrenheit is for the yanks).

Jenrick & Reform want to bring back imperial measurements for the UK coz metric is woke. Must say, kilo for kilo (or is that pound for pound) that is the dumbest idea out there.
