As a much older girl, I learned constitutional jurisdictions decades before the CPC has twisted things in Canada. Alberta's jurisdiction & authority ends at the province's border. A federal export tax is solely a federal right and decision. Country before party always. Trade war is on 🇨🇦 #cdnpoli
