Then Ukraine is screwed because short of signing an EO to codify it the backstabbing USA has already sided with Russia. Americans are fine with that but then again most don't care that Trump is Russifying the USA. Europe needs to stop fannying around & stand up to the Putin / Trump axis of Evil.
