Who's feeling major pressure to move fast thanks to top-down Al mandates and folks chanting "get on the train or get left behind"? 🙋🏾‍♀️ I spoke a bit about this during a recent lightning lesson because I wanted to acknowledge the state of the world and offer an opportunity.

I've noticed this pressure has pushed some folks to take action without thinking critically. My job is now to get my (very smart!) teammates to consider: is this actually what we need right now? What our customers need? What is best for the business in the long run? That can require taking a pause.
