Pittsburgh is a city shaped by reinvention: a former steel powerhouse transformed into a thriving hub, bridging technology, design, industry and the arts. In Pittsburgh, stunning architecture meets riverfront parks, world-class universities, and a bold spirit. We can't think of a more fitting home.

Inspired by Pittsburgh's iconic yellow bridges and CHI's enduring role in connecting people and technology, CHI 2027 invites our community to span the profound distances that face us today:

between disciplines, between research and practice, between technical innovation and human values, between the communities we serve and the systems we create. Bridges are acts of intention that bring people together.
