Are you keeping a knowledge base (aka a "shared brain") yet, for you and your team?

They are extremely useful! My AI can find things I said in a meeting months ago and cross reference with the latest stream of emails.

I keep notes, transcripts and saved articles in a folder it can read. Before I write anything substantial, I ask it to pull up what I've already thought about the topic, including the questions I left open.

I then decide what the argument is and where I want to take the article. I wrote the whole process down last week.
