I have seen someone made a parser, someone made a static to dynamic converter, but no one made the encoder, like, actually making stuff from scratch, or add a little bit more information and stuff, then build the payload again. So here they are!

Additionally, I made the EMVco QR payload builder as well that you can see here: www.npmjs.com/package/@net... Since QRIS famously uses EMVco standard for this, I thought this is inevitable hahaha

Fun fact about QRIS: Did you know that the another alternative name for it was GPN QR (I don't know how it was styled before). How do i know this? I found a QRIS that are issued by BCA that uses GUI :)
