FYI: egregious misuse of a basketball court is not unconstitutional behavior according to the Constitution. Starting a War To Lose Hormuz, however, is in direct violation of the Constitution and means that Congress must impeach the tangerine-tinted doofus who did that.

wait, sorry, the little device in my ear is saying that playing basketball on a basketball court at 10pm when no one else is using it cannot be construed as "misuse" but is properly described as "proper use" of the court. in my defense, yeah, but still not impeachable :-)
