Anyone else live near or in a mountain resort area? Any thoughts on this? I bet I know what they'll be. F Vail Resorts. F Alterra. F Airbnb and all STR's. All visitors see is an expensive vacation to the mountains. They don't see the local communities that are being destroyed. They don't care.

Nailed it. Serving the entitled assholes who come up and treat where people live like shit. Mountain people live in the mountains for a reason. And it's not to serve freaking corporations and short term rental companies. But that's what it's become.

Is the case with most strikes, Here is a general rule of thumb 1. Management is always always always full of crap. 2. In the case when management is being honest and negotiating in good faith with full transparency with the best interests of the company and workers at heart please see rule #1.
