When fuel costs surge, the shock spreads through transport, production and supply chains. Diesel prices function as a systemic pressure point, transmitting external disruption into everyday economic activity and amplifying friction across interconnected markets.

EV owner since 2020 and non-Tesla EV owner since 2024. There’s never been a better time to own a EV. Haven’t looked at gas prices in over six years.

Unfortunately in the UK our electricity prices are linked to gas costs, so when has goes up our electric bills go up. At the start of the Ukraine war the cost of charging my ev was enormous. 🙁

Ah, truckers. I see you on the road in Bakersfield. Who did you vote for, as a group? Was it not reliably Donald Trump? His betrayal of you is complete. How will you survive? Will you learn from your mistake? I guess we'll all find out together, won't we? You never mattered to Trump. It was a lie.

No one is saying anything about the impact to the World Environment, in this disastrous war. We are destroying ourselves.

I admire the Trader Joe’s EV trailer truck more and more each visit to the Suburban Square store. The driver comments on the rig’s excellent performance, range and ROI. No diesel for these short hauls.
