Why did you say Obama "blamed" the Trump administration? He didn't. I take his statement to include members of congress, state officials, and complicit and biased news reporting. He said:

It makes me so mad when CNN cuts of someone like Obama to have newscaster yak instead of waiting until he is done!! And to make things even worse, put Trump on while Obama is on at the same time! Obama is only on here and there, Trumps ugly face is daily! Let Obama have his entire speech play out!!
