No shit. But a lot of good this belated ruling will do. Because it’s bad enough that Comey has been off the job for more than a year. But you can bet Trump will react by saying, in effect, OK, judge, you’ve made your ruling, now try enforcing it.

Good to see the incompetocracy take a loss.
