He stands as a candidate in a red state and needs to not be super firm on this. Don't lose the election by getting him to say he supports it 100% when it's not really an issue anyway. People's lives literally can depend on this race.

This post, made by on of his idiot consultants giving him bad advice. Republicans will never vote for a democrat. Democrats lose their elections against the couch. You get people excited to vote for you by being bold. This isnt it.
