You know, it actually seems entirely plausible that the Kremlin’s con artist in chief Kirill Dmitriev is really waving a $12 trillion plan of “commercial opportunities” in front of Trump’s and Witkoff’s noses. (That goes in exchange for betraying Ukraine, of course).
