Got some feedback: people in their 20’s aren’t cool, either.

When you paint a wall..... write down what the paint was. On the wall. Future you will thank you, when you have to unfuck it.

I'm in my 40s and this is not a problem for me. I've known for a long time that I'm not cool. My 30s definitely did fly by though. My plan is to stay healthy so I can continue to do everything that makes me happy into my 90s.

I’d also add, if you get a chance to travel for work or fun, say yes. I’ve worked in some great places - I’m looking at you Vancouver

One thing I can’t stand is how young people bastardize the English language. Some of the slang words these days are just so bad.

I think I should have told more people to fuck off when I was in my 20's. That is all.

Enjoy your 30's, Take care of your body. Remember self care, it's important especially later in life. Remember that the job your working isn't your life, they can and will replace you at their convenience. Don't let other people dictate who you are, they probably don't know who they are in truth.
