I just did an interesting project aided by AI... I wanted to make my WiFi more reliable, using an additional access point. The key thing is 802.11r, which is a roaming protocol that allows devices to seamlessly switch between different access points that use the same SSID. (1/3)

My MikroTik router already supports that, but I'd need to buy an AP or another similar router. But then I realised, my old ISP let me keep their fancy WiFi 6E router! It's just not designed to be an AP, and it has very few settings to configure. SSH and Telnet are closed, too. (2/3)

But, that didn't stop me! I had Codex find a way into it, and then I had it modify the configs to turn it into an AP with 802.11r. It even added an AP control section to the control panel, and disabled all the old ISP's updates and telemetry. This is the golden era of fuckery! (3/3)
