(THREAD) 📢 The ConFuzzled Ceremonies team are looking for a creative and hardworking individual who may be interested in joining the team as a Deputy Head. You will support the Head of Department to lead the Ceremonies team, assign tasks and oversee their work. We are especially interested in hearing from people with experience in: ➡️ Video and audio production, multimedia or technical and stage events.

➡️ Understanding talkback systems, stage tech, video and audio systems. ➡️ Writing planning documentation, risk assessments, running orders or other production documentation.

➡️ Previous leadership or supervisory experience within the organisation or a similar environment (advantageous but not required) ➡️ Working under pressure and dealing with problems as they arrive. ➡️ Working across multiple departments and stakeholders to deliver large events.
