I think your design is a great example of what I've been calling the "dumb server pattern" (for lack of a better term): commodify the parts that need to be high-avail, making them interchangable, then put all the business logic in the client. Super exciting stuff, will follow closely!

Yeah. I think it's pretty neat. It's unfortunately not privacy preserving but that can be potentially resolved with enough fake load
