i wish i could interview someone at hg about what they think of balance. they made kal'tsit a somewhat balanced operator by not giving an immortal medic unreasonable levels of true damage. but also they went and made angealt 3 months later? what's the plan here

might be that they were just more confident in people pulling on kalter without making her a wangsadel level threat, while angelina isn't going to be making any money from people invested in her previous story appearances on account of her having only slightly more screentime than andreana,

possible... ig an alternate theory is that they planned to attract endfield only players to arknights with angealt? hence the gilberta refs in the stream (i think. my memory's a bit foggy...) so they overtuned her to make her a must pull and also give those new players a good experience
