We're a very small team, so you'd play a significant role in shaping effectively every engineering decision, and likely a ton of product decisions as well. We tend to move quickly, going from idea to prototype and then iterating in response to user feedback.

The subject matter is both interesting (fun problems to solve) and immediately impactful—thousands of teachers are using this in classrooms today, and we've already seen a lot of data showing the positive impact it is having on students—especially those having the hardest time learning to read.
