One of the reasons I'm no longer diabetic is The Pioppi Diet co written by Aseem Malhotra. Dr Malhotra is also a Covid vaccine denier/sceptic. While I appreciate his knowledge in allowing me to live a relatively normal life I know that some of the shit he comes out with is rank conspiracy bollocks.

I have done the no, low, regular salt intake thing it never made any difference. People on the internet say shit cause they're bored.

Me too. I can go 3 days without.. And I do at the end of every week. I love better living through chemistry but also the diabetes thing gave me a tiny bit of faith in the healing power of the body.

Mine reads normal now so I almost don't think about what I eat. Though after a week of delicious salads I had to go to a bar and grill for a platter of dead things. And I swear that's what the body wanted.
