I'd like to see all Cdn materials/design/construction/energy savings. SHOWCASE Cdn artists, carvers, resources, construction materials & capabilities. So when intnl visitors come to 24 Sussex they get to see Cdn quality builds.

Bonne idée.

Are we talking a demolition of existing structures too? Are they of historic value? It’s better to call competitions for design and build separately, and ask the winning designer to supervise the build. Two contracts for designer and one for builder. Designer with proposal to conserve preferred
