Ten years ago today, CPSC shared its first safety meme. What started as a single baby floating in a force field in outer space has become a universe with dozens of safety characters spanning hundreds of safety graphics sharing thousands of safety messages.

Whether you've been with us since the beginning or just found us last week, thanks for following. Thanks for your fan art. Thanks for liking our posts and sending our graphics to your family and friends. It is hard to imagine now, but the success of this strategy was not guaranteed.

You made it successful and you are the reason it endures. As always, it is a privilege to serve the American people, and we remain grateful every day for the opportunity.
