I'm curious, does USPSC also do actual firearm recalls or does another agency handle that? Thinking about some specific handguns that have randomly discharged when bumped, dropped etc 🤔

We do not. Firearms do not fall under CPSC jurisdiction. Gun lock boxes, bulletproof vests, and certain non-lethal weapons do fall under CPSC jurisdiction.
